Law of First Mention

Where Does the Bible First Mention Rainbow?

The Bible first mentions rainbow in Genesis 9:13, from the original word qeshet (קשת). 'I do set my bow in the cloud' makes the rainbow the first covenant sign—a visible token of God's promise never again to destroy the earth by flood.
