Delete Your Account

You can delete your Gospel Daily account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

If you can sign in: Go to your account page, scroll to the bottom, and select Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. The deletion happens immediately.

If you cannot sign in: Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account details — name, email address, and login credentials
• Your reading history, reading-plan progress, and reading logs
• Your bookmarks, highlights, and saved notes
• Your sermons, lessons, and any content you created with the study tools
• Your quiz attempts, scores, and earned badges
• Your classroom data, including any classes you created
• Your customer record with our payment processor, Stripe

Your subscription

If you have an active subscription or free trial, deleting your account cancels it immediately. You will not be billed again. Because cancellation is immediate rather than at the end of the billing period, you may wish to review our refund policy before deleting.

What we retain, and for how long

Your personal data is deleted from our systems immediately. We retain a limited record of completed transactions where financial and tax law requires it, and our payment processor retains its own records accordingly. Routine server logs containing IP addresses age out on their normal retention cycle. Nothing retained is used to identify or contact you. See our privacy policy for full detail.
