Wisdom in Building and Counsel
Wisdom and understanding establish and fill a house with precious riches. A wise man is strong and gains strength through knowledge and wise counsel. The chapter warns against envying evil men and teaches that the righteous man, though he falls seven times, rises again, while the wicked fall into ruin.
