Bible Chapter Summary
Psalm 103 Summary
Bless the Lord for His Tender Mercies
The psalmist calls his soul to bless the Lord and His holy name, recounting His many benefits: He forgives iniquities, heals diseases, redeems life from destruction, and crowns with lovingkindness. God is merciful, gracious, and slow to anger, removing transgressions far away as east from west. Like a father pitying his children, the Lord remembers that mankind is but dust, yet His mercy endures forever toward those who keep His covenant and remember His commandments.
