The Herald of Good News

Beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news, who proclaim peace, who say to Zion: your God reigns. The LORD comforts his people and redeems Jerusalem. The chapter culminates in the beginning of the fourth Servant Song: my servant will be raised and lifted up and highly exalted.
