Bible Chapter Summary
Isaiah 60 Summary
Zion's Glory and Restoration
Jerusalem is called to arise and shine, for her light has come and the LORD's glory is risen upon her, and Gentiles and kings shall come to her brightness bearing gold and incense. The sons of strangers shall rebuild her walls and their kings minister unto her; her gates shall be open continually and nations shall bring their wealth. Violence shall no more be heard in her land; instead, she shall call her walls Salvation and her gates Praise, and the LORD shall be her everlasting light. All her people shall be righteous, inheriting the land forever as the branch and work of the LORD's hands.
