Jeremiah 33 Summary
Healing and Joy Return to Zion
While imprisoned, God tells Jeremiah He will bring health and cure to Judah, forgive their iniquities, and restore captives. The voice of joy, gladness, bridegroom, and bride will return to desolate Jerusalem; shepherds will again tend flocks in the cities. A righteous Branch will grow from David who will execute judgment and righteousness, and Judah will dwell safely.
