Bible Chapter Summary
Job 34 Summary
Elihu Defends God's Justice
Elihu appeals to wise men that God cannot do wickedness or pervert judgment, declaring that the Almighty renders to each according to his ways. He contends that God sees all human conduct, breaks down the mighty without number, and strikes the wicked openly for their rebellion. Elihu argues that Job has spoken without knowledge and multiplied words against God, and that Job adds rebellion to sin by clapping his hands and arguing against God.
