Bible Chapter Summary

Psalms 124 Summary

Deliverance Through the LORD's Protection

Had the LORD not been on Israel's side when enemies rose up, they would have been swallowed up and overwhelmed like floods sweeping over them. But blessed be the LORD who did not give them as prey to their enemies' teeth. Their soul escaped as a bird from the fowler's snare, which is broken; their help is in the name of the LORD who made heaven and earth.
