Bible Chapter Summary
Psalms 29 Summary
Give unto the Lord Glory and Strength
The psalmist calls upon the mighty to give unto the Lord glory and strength, and to worship him in the beauty of holiness. God's voice thunders upon the waters with power and majesty, breaking cedars, shaking the wilderness, and making creatures calve. The Lord sits as King upon the flood for ever and will give strength to his people and bless them with peace.
