Bible Chapter Summary
Psalms 30 Summary
Thou Hast Turned My Mourning Into Dancing
The psalmist extols the Lord, who has lifted him up and healed him from sickness. God brought his soul from the grave and kept him from the pit; he therefore sings and gives thanks for God's holiness. Though anger endures but a moment, his favour brings life; weeping endures for a night, but joy comes in the morning, and the psalmist's glory shall sing praise to God for ever.
