Bible Chapter Summary
Psalms 99 Summary
The Holy Lord's Righteous Reign
The Lord reigns and sits between the cherubims as the earth trembles, great in Zion and exalted above all people. All are called to praise His great and terrible name because it is holy. The king's strength loves judgment and establishes equity, executing judgment and righteousness in Jacob. Moses, Aaron, and Samuel among the priests called upon the Lord and He answered them, keeping His testimonies and ordinances, showing Himself a God who forgave them though He avenged their inventions.
