Bible Chapter Summary

Romans 1 Summary

The Gospel and the Wrath of God

Paul introduces himself as apostle of the gospel, not ashamed of it: it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes. The righteousness of God is revealed. But the wrath of God is also revealed against human unrighteousness and ungodliness. Those who suppress truth are given over to futile thinking and shameful conduct.
