Bible Chapter Summary
Romans 2 Summary
God's Righteous Judgment and True Righteousness
Paul warns that those who judge others condemn themselves, for God judges according to truth. The goodness of God should lead to repentance, not hardness of heart that treasures up wrath. God renders to every man according to his deeds: eternal life to those who do good, and tribulation to those who do evil. True circumcision is of the heart in the spirit, not outward in the flesh, and the law must be done, not merely heard.
