Bible Chapter Summary
Zechariah 6 Summary
Four Chariots and the Crowning of Joshua
Zechariah sees four chariots coming from between two brass mountains, drawn by horses of different colors. These represent the four spirits of the heavens going forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth. The word of the Lord comes to take silver and gold and make crowns to set upon the head of Joshua the high priest. A man named the Branch will grow out of his place and build the temple of the Lord, bearing glory and ruling as both king and priest.
