Zechariah 5 Summary
The Flying Roll and the Woman in the Ephah
Zechariah sees a flying roll twenty cubits long and ten cubits broad, representing a curse going forth over all the earth that will enter the houses of thieves and those who swear falsely by God's name. Then he sees an ephah (a measure), and a woman called Wickedness sitting inside it. Two women with stork-like wings lift up the ephah and carry it to build a house for it in the land of Shinar.
