Psalms 11 Summary

Trust in the LORD amid wickedness

The psalmist declares trust in God despite counsel to flee from enemies who plot violence. Though the wicked bend their bows and the foundations of righteousness are threatened, the LORD remains sovereign in His holy temple, observing all mankind. God examines and loves the righteous but abhors the wicked and those who love violence, raining upon them snares, fire, and brimstone as judgment.
